One of the sources said that the Italian side made the proposal on the liberalization of aviation market, noting that the protocol with the changes was not yet signed. The second designated carrier to Italy is expected to be selected at the meeting of Federal Air Transport Agency on the admission of the airlines to international transportation, which is going to be held during the month. Market participants thus believe that the admission is likely to receive "Transaero", although there is also a chance to "Siberia" and "UTair".
