-Nadezhda Zhikhareva - deputy director of the Department of the state policy in the sphere of marine and river transport of the Ministry of transport of the  Russian Federation, with a report: «Law regulations and state policy in the sphere of yacht tourism development»;  

-Andrey Gusenko - deputy director of the Federal Agency for Transport Supervision of the Russian Federation ;

-Oksana Gubina - deputy CEO of the FSEU «Rosmorport».

Thank You for invitation to V International forum «Sea tourism» (4-5 July, 2013, St.-Petersburg).

Issues of port infrastructure development to keep cruise ships are rather urgent and were reflected in a project of Russian stratagy on marine port infrastructure development by 2030 approved during the congress of the Maritime Board of the Government of the Russian Federation on September, 28, 2012.

Considering the said above Oksana Gubina, deputy CEO of the FSEU «Rosmorport», will participate in the event.
