Sea tourism” that could facilitate experience exchange in water tourism arrangement in Russian Federation and other countries, further development of international cooperation in this sphere as well as strengthening of international cooperation between all state and entrepreneurial structures involved into issues concerned with water tourism development.

Development of the sea tourism sphere in Russia is one of the priorities in state policy. The latter requires dynamic putting into tourist service operation of self-regulation institutes and state-pubic partnership that allow completing successfully tasks of transport service, construction, maintenance and development of sea terminal and port infrastructure.
