GlobalPORT-2013 «Saint-Petersburg — the Sea Capital of Russia. Manpower Policy»

On November 21st-22nd, 2013 VI International Conference “Manpower Policy” will be held in Saint-Petersburg. The Conference will be taken place within the framework of “UNITED RUSSIA” Party Project “Saint-Petersburg – the Sea Capital of Russia”.

The Conference “Manpower policy” will afford public authorities, entrepreneurship, representatives of social organizations in educational and scientific spheres an opportunity to discuss personnel affaires in the context of all means of transport within the constructive dialogue. The key themes for the discussion are announced: the statutory and regulatory issues of personnel policy in the transport domain within the plenary sessions. Over the course of the working sessions divided into different means of transport the discussion of the personnel questions in the air traffic, qualified labour maintenance of the railway and underground organizations, the personnel issue of the water transport development and also personnel policy in the motor transport and public road spheres will be taken place.

The event will be held with the assistance of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation, the Transport Ministry, and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and another subject ministries and departments.

It is expected that about 400 delegates from the representatives of national and local authorities, commercial and noncommercial organizations of Russia, the CIS countries and outside of the Commonwealth of Independent States will take part in the Conference in 2013.

The main outcome will be the resolution with the proposals and recommendations that will be directed to the special-purpose committee of Upper and Lower Chamber of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, ministries and departments, Public Chamber for the improvement of legislation and public regulation in transport sphere.

Transport organizations, affairs of transport machine building, transport handling, constituents of transport infrastructure, educational institutions, producers of educational exercise equipments and software, personnel, consulting and training companies, medical institutions and sanatorium-and-spa resorts, financial and insurance companies are invited to participate in the event.
