Representatives of Federal Security Service of Russia will participate in Forum “Transport security”
Employees of Federal Security Service of Russia will participate in Forum “Transport security”. March 26, Yuri Danilkin will present a paper concerning issues of legislation execution in sphere of transport safety a plenary session. Subject of his report will be “Certification of technical means implementing transport safety”.
M. Sokolov: 2015 will be a key year in sphere of transport safety assurance
March 25-26, 2015 the V International Forum «Transport security» will take place in Saint-Petersburg within the «UNITED RUSSIA» Party Project «Saint-Petersburg - the Sea Capital of Russia». There is an important task to involve business community and representatives of society to national policy formation and advancement of sectoral legislation. M. Sokolov, transport minister, will give an opening speech to Forum participant.
According to Maxim Sokolov, transport safety is of paramount priority for safety of all country taking its vast territory into consideration. “I am sure that 2015 will be a key year in sphere of implementation of statutory regulations in sphere of transport safety prescribed by the terms of Federal law “About amendments in certain legal acts in sphere of transport safety assurance”, - underlined the head of the ministry in his speech. According to transport minister, due to this party project it is possible to discuss practical realization of laid rules and determine emerging problems.
A.S. Starovoytov will participate in forum “Transport security”
A.S. Starovoytov, deputy chairman of transport committee of State Duma of the Russian Federation, will participate in the V International Forum «Transport security» and also present a paper on a plenary session dedicated to state policy in sphere of transport security assurance. Subject of the report is “Some issues concerning statutory regulation in sphere of transport safety”.Transport safety assurance is one of the priority tasks of the State Duma committee. According to E. Moskvichev, chairman of the committee, problems of transport safety require complex approach and permanent attention. “Nowadays safety is a high-priority problem for transport complex which can be solved with meaningful dialogue between authorities and business representatives”, said Evgeny Moskvichev.
Representatives of state authorities, business and public organization will gather on the forum to elaborate important measures designed to creation of safe transport environment.
“RZD” LtD will tell about carriage safety
Shevket Shaydullin, vice-president and head of traffic safety department of “RZD” LtD, will become a participant of the Forum «Transport security» which will take place March 25-26, 2015 in Saint-Petersburg within the «UNITED RUSSIA» Party Project «Saint-Petersburg - the Sea Capital of Russia». Subject of his report will be “Implementation of strategy of transport guaranteed security of “RZD” LtD: creation of safety management system”. Shevket Shaydullin drew attention of forum participants to creation of safety management system.
According to vice-president it is necessary to conduct investigations concerning risks and elaborate programme of measures to implement safety of rail road transport. “In 2014 number of accidents on rail roads increased” – said Shevket Shaydullin, underlined that it is technological risk which can be under control and demands for taking of corrective actions. “The highest risks ask for elaborating of special plan” – he said.
Representatives of Federal Air Transport Agency will participate in forum “Transport security”
Federal Air Transport Agency will be represented by A. Sukhanov, deputy director, and D. Kovalev , acting director of transport safety department, on the Forum. In framework of the conference “Security assurance in aviation sector” Alexandr Sukhanov will present a paper “State analysis of transport safety and measures for security advancement and prevention of acts of unlawful interference”
A. B. Vyborny will control the direction “Transport security”
A.B. Vyborny is appointed as head of direction “Transport security” of the «UNITED RUSSIA» Party Project «Saint-Petersburg - the Sea Capital of Russia». Anatoly Vyborny is a member of State Duma committee on safety and anti-corruption enforcement.
“Transport security” is one of five directions of the project which is operating in sphere of transport security and operational stability of transport system of Russia. March 26-27, 2015 the V International Forum «Transport security» will take place. Participants will discuss the most important issues for the moment to create safe transport environment. Import substitution system concerning technologies in sphere of transport safety assurance, international legislation priorities in field of requirements for means of transport are among this issues.
Anatoly Vyborny is an expert in sphere of safety. He will share his professionalism to implement taken solutions and initiatives.
