It is a joint venture by three major world companies: OAO Gazprom (Russia), Total S.A. (France), and Statoil ASA (Norway). SDAG is responsible for designing, financing and constructing the infrastructure necessary for the First Phase of the Shtokman development and will own and operate the infrastructure for 25 years from start of commercial production. |
