Air transport is one of the most “attractive” targets for terrorist threats and attacks that is why constant rise of aviation security level appears as the indispensable condition for regular civil aviation performance.

The events of the past decade illustrate that only effective actions of all aviation branch participants towards prevention terrorist group performance can protect the state and its citizens from unlawful interference and danger thereof.

By present time as the most burning issues world community faces in the sphere of aviation security appear constant development of this system, readiness for new kinds of danger, equipment innovations, qualified personnel trainings. That is why issues on system interstate development and ways of international cooperation and collaboration in the aviation security sphere are to be under special attention of branch representatives.

Participants of the I International conference “Aviation security” will discuss these and other problems during the event. Representatives of branch ministries of the Russian Federation, administrations of more than 60 regions, Russian and foreign airports and air companies will examine the problem of aviation security system financing including government role, as well as mechanisms for implementation and development of state-private partnership, practice of new Russian legislation execution in this sphere.
