The issues of manpower policy of Russian Federation transport complex are very urgent for the Novosibirsk district. There are more than 50 enterprises and organizations of the Russian military-industrial establishment situated at the region territory. There is developed 20 percent of Siberian machine building production at the region. That’s why the biggest enterprises of the military-industrial establishment function at the region are always in demand of highly skilled specialists. The Government of the Novosibirsk district pays much attention to manpower policy. For example, there is The Complex project of educational modernization realized at the region. The conference «Manpower Policy» will be the serious step in the way of the Novosibirsk district and whole Russia manpower potential development.
